Presented “Alerts for All” at the 2026 CAP Implementation Workshop

Item 3.15 of the 2026 Common Alerting Protocol Implementation Workshop, hosted in Birmingham, England, by the U.K. Environment Agency, OASIS Open and Alert-Hub.Org, and followed remotely by Zoom webinar. “Alerts for All: making CAP alerts accessible at the source” is about what the people who write alerts can do inside CAP itself, so that a warning reaches Deaf, DeafBlind and hard of hearing people. Emmanuel Jacq presented in sign language, as a pre-recorded video with an English voice-over and open subtitles.
